So, as you can tell with my title post, I am in dire need of getting the rest of this weight off. I don't think I can call if baby weight anymore since Eli will be one soon. It's more just lazy, junk food eating weight.
After I had Eli the weight literally fell off, like nothing. I lost it all in the first few months. And a lot of it was attributed to my vegan diet since Eli had the worst case of acid reflux, which was brought on by anything dairy. I was in such good shape. But then Eli's reflux slowly diminished and so did my healthy eating. I am a cookie lover. Anything round made of dough is my ultimate enemy. So as I started to stuff my face, the weight started to come back. And so did my dislike of what I was seeing in the mirror.
I thought if I got a jogging stroller I could get in the routine of running every morning. But yay, that was a no go. I had absolutely no motivation.
Moi got me two boot camps he got off those Amazon local deals. But the locations were a good 45 mins. and it didn't fit with mine and Moi schedule. So, my amazing hubby surprised me with a personal trainer. 3x a week. And let me tell ya, I am feeling amazing. I just finished my first week and my booty got kicked. The first day, my legs felt like jello and I couldn't even walk down our stairs with Eli. I had to do a side step. But I love it. He pushes me to the limit and I know these last 15 or 20ish lbs are finally gonna be off for good. I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs, then 20 and hopefully hit the 25 mark.
